6. Autonomous.
Entrepreneurs are what they are because of who they are:
beings who need freedom and the feeling of independence. In
many respects, their egoistic (apart from egotistic)
tendencies to make their mark are sewn into the fabric of
independence which is the backbone of this trait.
7. Energetic.
Don't be surprised that an entrepreneur sleeps 5 hours or
less during the night, or is at the office on weekends or
holidays. This is more than responsibility and desire. This is
energy that fuels the passion for what they do, and at times,
witnessing this non-stop pace can be intimidating. These are
your workaholics. They bathe in the juices of achievement and
getting things done.
And they don't need a Red Bull to do it.
8. Self-Sufficient.
Successful entrepreneurs don't need a lot of hand-holding,
if any at all. This doesn't mean that they create an island for
themselves, keeping themselves remotely located without looking
for guidance or refusing help, but they tend to try and work
out their problems on their own first rather than outsource for
their solutions every time a problem arises. They appreciate
the necessity of a network and with their other traits,
maintain favorable social relations despite their desire for
independence and strrength of self.
9. Change-Seeking.
Unlike most people, entrepreneurs like things evolving
continually or routinely. A new and unusual approach to things
is part of their corporate culture or is threaded throughout
their operating basis.
At the heart of all of this is the intuitive sense that one
needs to create continually. Creation drives evolution (not in
the Creation/Evolution debate of how mankind got here) and
innovation. Creation, therefore is a key part of the engine
that keeps the entrepreneur going.

Do you have what it takes to be successful? Is there more
than just a set of personality traits to achieving success?
Absolutely!
The personality traits are simply reflective of the
entrepreneur's BEINGNESS, and alone is only one piece of what
is needed for success.
The good news is that you can develop the behaviors needed
to reflect these traits and have the results that you want.
The other good news is that we can help you get to where you
want to be.
All it takes is for you to decide when today would be a good
time to call
now.
